People & Culture > Global People Services > P&C Operations

The People & Culture (P&C) Shared Service Centre (SSC) ensures the controlled, accurate, and timely execution of Tier 1 People Operations activities. Our team plays a key role in maintaining employee master data, managing lifecycle transactions, and ensuring region-specific compliance.

Working within a modern hub-and-region delivery model, we collaborate closely with Regional Specialists, Operations Managers, and our Manila hub. This allows local capacity to focus on key activities that genuinely require local knowledge, stakeholder proximity, and direct in-person support for our manufacturing operations.

Core Purpose of the Role

As a P&C Operations Professional, you will be based at our Daimiel Factory to provide HR operations support to the plant. You will serve as the local execution lead and interface for Tier 1 People Operations, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (with a primary focus on onboarding master data and local license administration) while maintaining data quality, compliance, and smooth routing of high-volume tasks with our global SSC network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Factory HR Operations Support: Act as the main local contact for P&C operational queries, supporting managers and employees within the Daimiel plant.
  • Onboarding & Master Data Management: Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, ensuring correct master data entry, document validation, and smooth data handover to payroll and downstream systems.
  • Compliance & Local Licenses: Apply documented local labor and compliance guidelines, maintaining basic knowledge and oversight of necessary work licenses, local permits, and legal documentation required for factory personnel.
  • Tier 1 Case & Lifecycle Handling: Execute employee lifecycle transactions (contract changes, leave administration, exits) accurately, following standardized checklists and templates.
  • Hub-and-Region Coordination: Partner with the Manila hub to transition repeatable, volume-based activities, retaining in-region focus on tasks requiring local presence, language, or specific legal handling.
  • Data Quality & Risk Control: Perform continuous data checks, correct input errors, and escalate potential compliance risks or unclear requirements to the Regional Specialist or Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education & Experience: Background in HR Administration, Shared Services, or Data Processing environments. Prior experience in a manufacturing/factory environment or local plant operations is highly valued.
  • Languages: English at the B2 level (intermediate to advanced), with solid speaking and writing abilities for working with international teams, regional specialists, and global hubs.
  • HR System and Data Skills: Practical experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar platforms, along with master data entry and case management tools.
  • Local Compliance & Onboarding: Basic knowledge of local compliance, labor documentation, work licenses/permits, and end-to-end onboarding administration.
  • Process Handover: Exposure to volume management, task routing, or working within a multi-region shared service network.

Key Competencies:

  • High attention to detail, precision, and structured execution.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to develop productive relationships with factory stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment to distinguish between local, on-site priorities and tasks suitable for central hub delivery.
  • An interest in identifying data gaps, missing documentation, and process improvement opportunities.
