The Digital Commercial and Customer Engagement product area focuses on enabling scalable, data‑driven, and intelligent digital journeys that support customer engagement, opportunity development, and sales execution across the contract lifecycle, with the goal of establishing robust digital foundations and enable transformation through modern architectures, AI, and seamless user experiences.
As Sales CLM Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving the target architecture, foundations, and enablement of Contract Lifecycle Management for customer and sales contracts. This role goes beyond implementing or operating a single CLM tool. Instead, you will be working across a CLM capability landscape spanning multiple tools and platforms, ensuring a well‑governed, scalable, and future‑ready architecture.
Responsibilities
Your focus will be on how contracts are enabled digitally end‑to‑end from core systems of record and data models, to integrations, user journeys, governance, and the intelligent use of AI. Further, the main responsibilities will include
- Define and evolve the target architecture for customer and sales contract lifecycle management
- Establish architectural guardrails across core platforms, systems of record, and integrations
- Shape contract data foundations, governance, and compliance by design
- Manage end‑to‑end customer and sales contract journeys across systems and workflows
- Identify and enable high‑value AI use cases across the contract lifecycle
- Partner with Sales, Legal, IT, and Product to translate business needs into architectural direction
Qualifications
We believe that you are an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with the following experience
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture within commercial or customer‑facing platforms with solid experience with contract-centric processes in sales or customer engagement contexts
- Practical understanding of CLM capabilities, even if spread across multiple tools and platforms
- Sound experience with system integration, data modeling, and event‑ or workflow‑driven architectures
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems (e.g. core CRM, CPQ, or adjacent platforms) is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystems (e.g. ERP, BTP) and prior exposure to DevOps and modern delivery practices (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git)
- Experience shaping architectures that incorporate AI and automation in a governed and scalable way

Additional information
Your work location will be Copenhagen, Denmark, where other team members and stakeholders are located. You are expected to work in-office most of the time. You should expect approximately 10-20 annual travel days in this role.
