The Reporting & Analytics (R&A) Centre of Excellence is a global function in Finance responsible for enabling data-driven performance management and decision-making across Vestas. The CoE brings together business-facing analytics, governance and definitions, analytics engineering, and operations into a single, integrated operating model. Its purpose is to create a scalable, standardised, and high-quality analytics environment that delivers “one version of the truth” across Vestas. The R&A CoE works closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital to translate business needs into analytics products, while ensuring consistency in data definitions, efficient delivery, and modern engineering practices. By combining subject matter knowledge, technical capability, and operational excellence, the CoE plays a critical role in improving performance transparency, accelerating decision-making, and reducing manual reporting across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

This role drives the design and implementation of the R&A operating model, ensuring alignment across teams, processes, and ways of working. It sits within the Transformation pillar, orchestrating how the function operates and scales.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, strategy, or similar
• 8–12+ years’ experience in consulting or transformation
• Solid operating model and change experience
• Experience in large global organisations
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Additional information

Expected travel up to 20 days annually.
