The Reporting & Analytics (R&A) Centre of Excellence is a global function in Finance responsible for enabling data-driven performance management and decision-making across Vestas. The CoE brings together business-facing analytics, governance and definitions, analytics engineering, and operations into a single, integrated operating model. Its purpose is to create a scalable, standardised, and high-quality analytics environment that delivers “one version of the truth” across Vestas. The R&A CoE works closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital to translate business needs into analytics products, while ensuring consistency in data definitions, efficient delivery, and modern engineering practices. By combining subject matter knowledge, technical capability, and operational excellence, the CoE plays a critical role in improving performance transparency, accelerating decision-making, and reducing manual reporting across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
This role owns KPI definitions, metric structures, and reporting standards, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organisation. It sits within the Governance & Definitions pillar, defining how performance is consistently measured and understood.
- Define KPI frameworks and metric hierarchies
- Establish and maintain “single source of truth”
- Own data and reporting standards

Qualifications
- Degree in business, finance, or analytics
- 8–12+ years’ experience in analytics or consulting
- Experience in governance or performance management
- Solid understanding of data structures
- Experience working globally
