Global Sales Management is part of our Sales Organization, under the Global Sales team. The Global Sales Management is responsible for defining sales standards in wind power deals, driving sales excellence and deal analysis while supporting the regional sales organizations with sales-related activities from early engagement, through bidding and negotiation, until hand-over to construction upon a profitable closure of a contract.

Our team comprises a diverse group of enthusiastic professionals from Denmark, Germany, and France. These highly qualified employees cover various geographic regions. Additionally, we have a team committed to providing commercial and package guidance, as well as optimization support within the same regions. As you join our cohesive team, we seek a new member who brings a vibrant attitude and a committed approach to supporting and mentoring peers, ensuring their positive results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Guide the Deal Analysis team consisting of 2-3 highly motivated colleagues
  • Define, guide, and optimize the Deal Position Committee (CPD), commercial gate related to wind turbine sales
  • In collaboration with the regional leads, you will handle the analysis, and prepare the various deals before submission to customers and contract signing.
  • Ad-hoc analysis on selected deals and markets
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on specific commercial/contractual matters
  • Engage and follow up with supporting departments
  • CSO point of contact towards selected internal functions

 

Qualifications

  • Wind power Industry knowledge
  • Experience in financial analysis and possessing keen analytical abilities
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and orally (English)
  • Robust project management skills
  • Proven relationship management skills towards internal stakeholders
