The Service Commercial Management Office is a small and diverse specialist function supporting sales and commercial managers operating in more than 15 countries across the Northern & Central Europe region. We do so by improving internal sales governance as well as guidelines and contracting templates used in the negotiation phase as well as management reporting and insights. Vestas has exciting opportunities ahead of us and the Service Commercial Management Office plays a key role in enabling this.
Responsibilities
Within the Service Commercial Management Office, you will get insights into how we perform our service commercial activities across the Northern & Central Europe region. With your analytical skills and engaging proactive approach you will work with our local Service Commercial organisation and other key local and global stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency and value capture (balanced risk/reward) in our sales processes and commercial models.
As a part of this you will:
- Drive your own portfolio of initiatives to improve commercial governance and efficiency while considering commercial, operational, contractual, sales perspectives and local market differences
- Use quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills to simplify complex challenges in order to prepare and recommendations to relevant management and ensure implementation
- Lead and continuously outline improvement areas/business requirements and interfacing with other global and group functions in the implementation
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant industrial experience
- Relevant master's degree (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Economics etc.)
- Analytical experience/expertise in commercial modelling and business case analysis is a requirement
- Experience with complex contracting negotiation is a strong plus
- Experience from a similar position is a plus

- Fluent in written and spoken English
