Join us on an exciting Finance transformation journey where we are building a modern, globally integrated Finance function. We are creating a solid, standardized backbone supported by a global operating model and a best-in-class Shared Service Center, enabling consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the business. At the same time, we are elevating the role of Finance by improving business partnering through better data, standardized reporting, and enhanced capabilities. Becoming a more process-driven finance organization is a key part of our finance transformation. The Finance Global Process Owner will manage global process design and standards, manage large-scale transformation initiatives and engage with a broad stakeholder group in finance and other functions.
This position places you in a high-profile area, giving you the opportunity to support Finance’s future in a complex and evolving global context.
Responsibilities
- Take lead in developing clear strategy and objectives for the global finance process area, with short term improvements and future state goals aligned to broader organizational goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and ensure adherence to standard processes; share best practices, communicate roles and promote process standardization within the global finance community
- Develop and monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and external benchmarking to evaluate and improve process efficiency; own, development and prioritization of process improvement initiatives and governance practices
- Create and maintain solid relationships with IT to support and advise on system upgrades, drive innovation in finance systems and enable implementation of digital technologies
- Approve process changes and define functional requirements for system solutions, promoting automation and efficiency; collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure risk and controls are integrated into process design
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Shared Center and the broader finance community to drive continuous improvement in process operations, emphasizing quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in accountancy/finance/business management or related area
- 8+ years of experience with process ownership, process excellence and process implementation from a global organization
- Profound project management and transformation experience, best from multiple global organisations
- Experience with process documentation and knowledge transfer methodology
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA skills required, experience with SAP Signavio is a clear advantage
- Depth and breadth in understanding current and emerging technologies especially around Automation and GenAI
- Fluent in English - verbally and written

Additional information
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark where our team and several other stakeholders are located. The role requires the ability to work on-site on a weekly basis.
