Finance Business Partner, CIM

We are a part of Global service finance, which is a team focused on performance management, business finance and business partnering to Vestas Global Service. You, our new colleague, will be the bridge between Group and Region in relation to financial drivers as (i) Financial Reporting, (ii) Compliance/Audit updates, (iii) Planning activities and (iv) Financial Governance in relation to CIM (continuous improvement management) execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Partner for CIM-Service performance, ensuring transparent and reliable financial reporting related to CIM execution
• Drive all financial planning activities, including monthly forecasting and annual budget and strategy
• Cost Controlling Analysis and Reviews, to have full transparency on main drivers for cost development, including OFS
• Ensure full compliance and alignment between SBUs for all related elements, including LD provisions, CIM candidate postings, and Precalc inputs
• Continuous improvement on the accuracy of the "Budget Handshake" by constant iterations

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and business partnering within a global organization
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge to SAP, SAC, and PowerBI is beneficial
