Join the Vestas Global Sales team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), where you will contribute to the commercial agenda alongside senior leadership. As the Executive Assistant to Vestas Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will join our Global Sales team. This team guides Vestas’ commercial agenda in close collaboration with our Regional Presidents and Sales organizations.

 

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide general support to our CSO and to ensure a smooth and efficient daily agenda for him and his organisation. Furthermore, it is important that you are capable of acting as a "gatekeeper" and allocating your time efficiently by understanding and prioritising the requirements. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel planning and bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and logistical support
  • Presentations, minutes of meetings and general correspondence
  • Hosting of VIP guests
  • Internal and external communication in English
  • Occasional preparation of reports and PowerPoint presentations for Executive Management
  • Cross-functional project coordination and administrative tasks within the CSO functional area
  • Ambassador of culture, a deployer of new company initiatives and a driver of diversity and inclusion

 

Qualifications

  • BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance, languages, business administration or similar
  • Experience from a similar position in an international company (C-level experience)
  • Background in administration, documentation or finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and SAP
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

  • Service-minded attitude and versatility to effectively deal with variable and dynamic environments
  • Able to plan ahead for the needs and requirements of Chief Executives
  • Understand how to host and support VIP guests
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling tasks with discretion and confidentiality
  • Personable and respectful demeanour, with the capacity to engage effectively with colleagues across all positions
  • Open and effective at establishing trust-based relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills
