Contract Management & Claims Specialist
Copenhagen S, Region Capital of Denmark, DK, 2300

Have you experienced the demands of project delivery and thought, “There must be an improved approach”? If you're ready to turn that insight into action, this is your chance. We’re looking for someone who’s been in the trenches and now wants to elevate how we work, helping teams across Vestas deliver smarter, more effectively, and with greater confidence in every contract. Bring your experience, your ideas, and your motivation to make a lasting difference.
Sales > Global Customer Project Execution > Global Contract Management
Customer Project Execution (CPX) leads Vestas’s end-to-end customer project execution, partnerships, and accountability for the Power Plant Solutions P&L across both Onshore and Offshore Wind Turbine Projects.
Within CPX, Contract Management is one of seven key global functions, responsible for safeguarding Vestas’s interests and entitlements through a structured, systematic, and globally aligned approach to contract execution
Global Contract Management defines, guides, and governs the framework for contract and claim management across all Vestas construction projects. It ensures consistent standards, processes, and governance across regions while supporting regional teams in effective contract execution, risk mitigation, and value optimisation. Through professional excellence, capability building, and change leadership, the function enhances commercial maturity and alignment across Vestas’s global project portfolio
The Global Contract Management team focuses on global alignment, governance, and capability building across all Vestas construction projects worldwide. The department defines and implements best practices in contract and claim management, shaping the standards, frameworks, and tools that enable regional project execution teams to safeguard Vestas’s interests and deliver consistent commercial excellence
This is a global, strategic function, not site-based or transactional, and does not manage individual project contracts. Instead, the team works across all regions to support continuous improvement, enhance governance, and raise the professional maturity of contract management throughout the organisation
You’ll be part of a global centre of expertise that converts cultivated project experience into operational gains, helping regional teams safeguard value, reduce risk, and deliver projects that power a sustainable future
