Global Compliance & CSR is looking for a strategic minded communication specialist with knowledge or interest in Compliance & CSR and high integrity. We are the custodians of creating a culture of Business Integrity and Human Rights. 
This position focuses on strengthening communication, implementation and positioning of Compliance & CSR. Furthermore, this position will be supporting the development and implementation of the Compliance and CSR agenda within Vestas. We are 7 dedicated specialists based in DK, DE, MX and IN.

 

Responsibilities
Your key tasks will be to

  • Assist in strengthening the business ethics, anti-corruption compliance programs at a global and regional level and communication on business ethics
  • Building the narrative on Human Rights towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead on Annual Report, ESG reporting and benchmarks within Compliance & CSR function involving drafting annual statement, participating in materiality assessments, benchmarks, and showcasing in-depth knowledge of sustainability concepts including monthly and quarterly reporting duties
  • Lead the yearly global Compliance Survey, extract data and results and communicate this, Develop and track KPI’s across the business 
  • Lead global compliance network and develop/coordinate annual global compliance communications campaign – this will include webinars, training and communication programs
  • Support the screening and due diligence of business partners, and implementation of mitigation actions as well as handling ad hoc business ethics, compliance and CSR projects across the business 
  • Support the CSR team to communicate our strategy of Social License to Operate

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and general structured approach 
  • Good knowledge of internal/external communication tools and tactics, campaign execution, content creation, 
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn key IT programs to support key responsibilities (e.g. Photoshop, Advanced PowerPoint skills, website design tools).
  • Professional experience with business ethics, compliance and human rights 
  • Experience or knowledge with ESG reporting or the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive

 

Competencies

  • Stakeholder management and project management skills/experience 
  • Quick learner, flexible and good at transforming structure into actions
  • Strong Office 365 skills 
  • Fluent in English (particularly written), knowledge of other languages is valued
