Our team is focused on transforming Vestas' digital journey across a wide value chain focus, covering Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport, Quality, HSE & Sustainability. Within this complex and exciting digital business, we are transforming the ways of working, incl. securing high digital business adoption and faster time to digital value on Vestas digital investments. We do this by accelerating and supporting digitally enabled business changes and transformations across the full Vestas value chain.
The Change Manager is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders, driving change initiatives and be an impactful advisor for changes in product area mentioned above. You will also be part of a newly established Digital Solutions Change & Adoption Guild. You will report directly to the Change Lead within the product area where you will have an influential and hands-on change role.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Engaging effectively with all stakeholders to enhance cross-organisational collaboration
  • Being the primary Change Manager across the Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing & Transport area, supporting multiple product teams, drive change strategies and take responsibility for business implementation, adoption and reinforcement
  • Supporting agile ways of working including becoming a product-oriented digital organisation
  • Doing Change Impact Assessments where and when needed (multiple times a year) and assist with the Change Impact Portfolio
  • Facilitating change communication with product teams supporting collective and individual ADKAR journeys
  • Defining and measuring benefit and adoption metrics and monitoring change progress
  • Ensuring strong end-user understanding and facilitating continuous involvement of impacted employees

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar, which gives you a professional and pragmatic approach to your Change Management tasks
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in change management, including planning communication activities and managing stakeholders at different levels, across countries and cultures
  • A good understanding of working with Organisational Change Management frameworks in projects and product teams (approaches, tools and phases)
  • A Prosci/CCMP certification or similar
  • Working experience with Organisational Change Management in a handful of projects and/or have been supporting change in product teams - particularly in an international organization
  • Aspiration and enthusiasm that are striving to deliver tactical as well as operational results
  • A fluent level in English verbally and in writing
