India Warehouse and Stock Keeper Operations

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Daily Management. Warehouse KPI's Safety, Quality, Delivery performance, Inventory, Productivity
• Safety follows up as per Vestas HSE policy
• Ensure a high level of customer service support
• Participate in warehouse continuous Improvements
• Reporting and follow up on performance
• Materials receiving from Import/External vendors and verify Purchase order Number, Delivery note and Invoice
• Check condition of materials as per packing list (Import Items) and verification of labelling the item code
• Check condition of materials as per PO/ DC/Invoices for   Local/BOP Items and verification of labelling the item code
• Communicate and coordinate with appropriate buyers for product returns and repair (stake holders)
• Mail information for local procurement items/without item code and coordination with SBU
• Verify Physical counting and Physical serial Numbers /VUI Numbers as per delivery note and Invoice
• Processing Goods receipt note in SAP based on PO Number and Invoice Number
• GR target and measurement on daily basis
• All site return Receiving and Process GR and follow up with Inventory team  
• To ensure that required materials are located easily for identify
• MSDS/ SLED Entry/DMB/GR Update
• If any deviation (Shortage or Excess Quantity), Materials are in rusted condition   or damage condition, Raise NCM and create COPQ & CAPA and documentation
• NCM identification with Tags
• To Prepare Work Instruction & RA for Spare activities
• PTW & Check list follow up and documentation
• Stock count and Spares & Main component Preservation activities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent education 
• More than 3 years in Warehousing / Stores, Supply chain & logistics
• Good SAP skills, Spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems
• Hindi Language is added advantage

Competencies

• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible to meet the new requirements
• Professional multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Good knowledge in Safety Practice & maintaining documentation
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
• Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of activities
