Are you interested to learn, design and develop the tools and equipment's used to bring the innovative design of the wind turbine modules to reality in our factories and the tools used to install in the wind farm? Come join our Tool Engineering team which is part of Engineering department in EBSC. Let's learn, challenge and grow together.


Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for understanding, clarifying and reviewing tooling design specification, design verification & validation, design risk associated in manufacturing value chain
  • Responsible for validation of technical design documentation such 3D CAD, 2D drawings, technical construction file, HSE risks assessment, DFMEA, Design verification procedure/report etc., adherence to relevant legislations.
  • Validate product and process risk in a new development projects and support in sign off Tooling baseline package in relations to quality, cost & time maturity.
  • Responsible for project execution through SAP/ERP/ECM systems.
  • Perform statistical analysis and interpret data from the validation studies and confirm with requirement in validation report
  • Facilitate problem solving to identify root cause and propose corrective actions.


Qualifications    

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or allied.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tool design and /or product engineering manufacturing is required
  • Experience in Mechanical design and specification in compliant to the relevant international standards
  • Exposure in working in an intercultural environment


Competencies    

  • In-depth knowledge in Structural Mechanics is essential.
  • Experience in 3D-Modeling and 2D-drafting, preferably using Creo/ PDMlink/ Windchill and project execution through ERP/ECM systems.
  • Broad Knowledge in Engineering Basics.
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturing and preferably insight into wind turbines, e.g. welding processes and material properties
  • Work experience with lifting tools and structures
  • Good Communication Skills which enable you to convey to a wide range of stakeholders across the globe.
  • Open-minded and good at sharing and gathering information within team and stakeholders
  • Proactive and Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Structured and analytical way of working.
