Global Manufacturing -> Engineering & Business Service center -> SCM EBSC

 

EBSC Supply Chain Planning Operations as part of Supply Chain Planning ensures to maintain the required system updates in SAP and communicate with stakeholders globally in relates Vessel Operations & other shipments / route creations. It should have 100% timely deliverables to all stakeholders along with process initiatives. The department is operating Globally, so an International Experience comes with the job. We are looking for skilled personals who are well structured, well organised and ready to work in an International Environment with many Cultural Differences. You need to be able to handle large amount of data, coordinating with various stake holders.

 

Responsibilities

  •  Having knowledge in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Process
  • Coordinate PBU to Port of Loading deliveries with Vessel Coordinator and Stevedore
  • Follow up on SAP updates based on requests from our stakeholders according to defined processes(SAP MM Module)
  • Create Purchase Orders in SAP based on TMS Bookings, PR to PO Conversion
  •  Handling Work flow Issues, providing Resolutions for Park & Blocked Invoices relates to Transport Services
  •  Data Updates in SAP relates to Shipment Creation & Routes & it maintenance based on business requirements
  •  Service and actively communicate with internal stakeholder from all over the world for occurring tasks relates to Transport Services
  •  Contribute to delivering the promised service level to the business
  •  Generate reports to Management (MIS)
  •  GR & IR reconciliations & Follow up on Park /Blocked Invoices
  •  Communication with internal customers and stakeholders related to process issues
  •  Knowledge and Hands on Experience on Customs Clearance along with import, exports process
  •  Support Logistics Team stakeholders to improve logistics value chain efficiency
  •  Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  •  Create preliminary end to end shipping plans in SAP
  •  Coordinate with stakeholders for continuous status update of on carriage leg loading in Port of Discharge with Stevedore


Qualifications

  •  Any Bachelors or Master's degree Graduate
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in SCM or Shipping or Freight Forwarder Companies involving SCM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP MM / SAP TM modules
  • Knowledge on Shipping / Freight Forwarder Process and  Knowledge on Transport Management System in SAP is needed
