Construction Asia Onshore is a support function to construction projects across Asia

Responsibilities

• Organizing and controlling the items that are within the warehouse and making sure it all runs in the most optimal way possible
• Involved in receiving, tracking, storing inventory, as well as managing shipping and monitoring the movement of goods
• Processing inventory by sorting, organizing, storing of inventory aligned in locations
• Tracking the inventory to monitor and maintain stock levels of the items
• Ensuring adherence to standards in delivery, reshipping of faulty items and maintenance of inventory in the warehouse
• Maintaining records of items shipped, received, labelled, transferred, dispatched and returned to and from the location 
• Following the standard of storage to ensure the movement of inventory across manufacturing, installation and service units 
• Reporting the inventory levels, condition of the items and the movement of the items

Qualifications

• Any Engineering degree
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Warehouse Inventory / Inventory Management
• Flexible to travel around Asia to support business requirements
• Having an overview on the overall business requirement and volunteer to support business values

Competencies

• Knowledge in SAP is Must
• Good in written and verbal English
• Flexibility in working hours to cover different time zones
• Able to prioritize various tasks and prioritize daily work under a busy environment
• Ability to priorities tasks in accordance with business objectives
