Global Service Supply Chain > Global Supply Chain Planning & SIOP > SIOP
To own and govern global supply chain risk management. To limit supply chain impact on LPF, by prioritize supply chain disruptions along with service concerns, access Risk based on Impact or severity and ensuring that they're addressed by the right reps at the right time. To Clarify the boundaries and channels of decision-making throughout supply chain in order to solve the problem quickly and efficiently
Responsibilities

Own and govern Global supply chain Risk (SOA)

Mapping and segmentation of overall risk in risk model/ prepare strategy for each segmentation
-
Ensure Regional and Global Risk alignment
-
Responsible for implementing weekly task force meeting for critical cases & prepare a recovery plan
-
Responsible for implementing weekly risk calls with regions
-
Prioritization alignment with operations engg., CIM & SBUs
-
Responsible for ad - hoc development tasks for supply chain development projects

Design, develop and own the process to identify risk effectively. Identify key drivers impacting supply chain risk and prepare a mitigation plan

Liaise with IT, external consultants, service planning team, aftermarket sales, project teams and other business stake holders to understand business requirements and handling change
Qualifications
-
Post-Graduation in Operations/Supply Chain from a premier Institute
-
5- 7 years of Experience in Supply chain planning especially in to demand, supply, S&OP process & Risk Management Process
-
Experience in SAP MM, SD and APO as an end user
-
Solid understanding and experience of data sources & database and extraction
-
Planning relevant experience in SQL, R Programming, Python etc.

Constant exploration of best practices in supply chain planning and technology landscap

Good understanding on E2E supply chain and the impact on business due to supply chain dynamics

Solid execution capabilities, Great stakeholder and change management skills

Demonstrates a high degree of analytics proficiency and effective communication to all levels of the business

Ability to work on ambiguity to provide clarity, Cross cultural understanding

Not restricting himself/herself within the roles & responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional Information
The work location is in Chennai, India.
The role will expect the incumbent to work in differnt shifts.
This role require travel, including working a flexible and variable work schedule as needed to meet business needs.
