The SIOP Performance Management team improves operational performance and execution excellence across the Service Supply Chain. Acting as a bridge between Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and Service functions, the team ensures alignment on business priorities and enables effective end-to-end execution.

The department oversees performance management, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), data governance, process improvement, automation, and business intelligence. By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team supports revenue enablement, service availability, and continuous improvement across the global Service organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Improve supply chain performance through effective master data governance, process optimization, and automation initiatives
  • Analyze master data structures and business rules to identify opportunities for improved planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and service performance
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to ensure data supports business objectives
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain performance issues linked to data, processes, or system setup
  • Define and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision making
  • Govern key master data domains and ensure data quality standards across global supply chain processes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize supply chain processes across regions and functions

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Master Data, or Performance Management
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interaction with planning, inventory, and service performance
  • Experience working in a global business environment
  • History of improving processes and business results through data-driven insights
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA

 

Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of master data management and its effect on supply chain performance
  • Experience working with SAP master data objects and supply chain-relevant data structures, including Material, Location, Vendor, and Customer Master Data
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using digital tools for business analysis
  • Understanding of inventory management, planning concepts, and supply chain optimization
  • Experience with automation tools, reporting solutions, or process digitization initiatives
  • Ability to connect business requirements with system and data solutions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational details to business outcomes
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner
  • Curious and improvement-oriented approach
  • Highly organized approach marked by initiative and follow-through
  • Comfortable questioning established processes and helping bring about change
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and work across organizational boundaries
