An Exciting Opportunity with the Supply Chain Operations Team at the capacity of a Supply Chain Coordinator.
A Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for order management to support internal customers, resolving customer issues and acting as first point of contact to the SBU for supply chain management. The Supply Chain Coordinator must ensure Supply Chain & Repair (SCR) is meeting delivery targets and provides analysis and customer feedback to procurement, forecasting and warehousing to ensure customer needs are met. Regional SC Partner-NCE Order Handling has the responsibility to on time delivery of materials to service for scheduled & unscheduled services to Wind Turbines. We are looking for a person who would handle urgent orders from Regional SC Partner-NCE which are placed to Global Warehouses from different regions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact to all customers in the Regions for Std Order Management
  • Responsible for Std Order and "Down Turbine" order management, communication, and results - High Urgency
  • Participate in daily turbine down call, interface with Site managers and Service management to Monitor delivery note creation and to the warehouse to ensure same day shipment to meet agreed delivery expectations
  • Develop and manage process of "Return" of inventory from site
  • Independently analyze return requests including stocking levels calculations and financial impact
  • Provide recommendation on return material to accept
  • Transact return orders and ensure timely delivery to warehouse
  • Manage receipts of direct ship/drop ship orders and delivery note processing to ensure correct inventory level
  • Engage technical resources within SPR and SBU to identify issue resolution
  • Liaise with Technology and PLM
  • Provide customer support by following up on orders to optimize delivery to the customer
  • Work independently to determine urgent expediting requirements
  • Receive, Process and Close NCR's
  • Process or redirect construction PR's
  • Support Construction container process orders
  • Process Tool Service/Repair/Recalibration requests
  • Process Site to Site Tooling requests
  • Measure and report KPI's associated with customer service level support for the defined region
  • On-time delivery & On-time confirmation

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Engineering degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-5 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within customer service, order Mgmt./Fulfillment and/or spare parts /service environment
  • Hands on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
  • 2 or more years of ERP/MRP Experience, SAP experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Access
