We are the highly established Service Supply Chain business partners, aiming to improve processes efficiencies, it's performance measures and master data quality. Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across SC and Service operations.

 

Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in our Service Supply Chain planning for the MED region, with a strong focus on ensuring material availability for service operations and driving Safety stock fill rate performance improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring material availability for Scheduled Service Orders, proactively tracking readiness and mitigating risks to support planned execution
  • Driving material availability for Unscheduled Service Orders, working with stakeholders to improve responsiveness and reduce lead times for urgent requirements
  • Leading root cause analysis (RCA) for material shortages, stockouts, and service order delays, and implementing sustainable corrective actions
  • Driving safety stock fill rate improvements across all MED countries by identifying gaps, defining actions, and closely following through execution
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Service Operations, and Global teams) to ensure alignment and faster resolution of material-related challenges
  • Monitoring and improving key KPIs such as material availability, safety stock fill rate, and performance for service orders.
  • Acting as a key coordinator to bridge planning and execution, ensuring timely decision-making and driving accountability across functions
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on demand management

 

Qualifications
We're looking for an Engineering Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a global international supply chain function, specifically in demand and supply planning, production, material planning, or spare parts/service environments.
You should have:

  • Hands-on experience applying supply chain principles and methods, including reporting
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS-CPIM, CSCP) are a plus but not required

 

Competencies

  • Proficiency in SAP MM and understanding of planning parameters 
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions 
  • Ability to perform structured root cause analysis and problem solving 
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills 
  • Proactive, execution-focused mindset with attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
