Responsible for enhancing the organization's operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by analyzing, designing, and optimizing its business processes

 

Responsibilities 

  • Define, adapt, maintain and govern the audit execution for the specific audit type, in line with and supporting the global audit strategy and strategic goals of the organization, across the value chain 
  • Develop and supervise the cross functional team of auditors assigned to conduct the specific type of audits 
  • Manage the QHSE related audit setup and requirements within Vestas for the specific audit type
  • Develop significant business support and collaboration using goal-oriented audit and assessment approaches of the specific audit type to identify areas for improvement, root causes of non-compliance, confirm compliance, but also to identify best practices
  • Ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the audit program of the specific audit type
  • Ensure system-based audit planning, execution, deployment of actions, reporting and follow-up of the the specific audit type
  • Improving value addition analysis and drive business critical issues for continual improvements 
  • Continuously develop the area of the specific audit type and acknowledge future trends
  • Collaborate within the global Audit organization to harmonize the general approach and to clearly position the specific audit type

 

Qualifications 

  • Accredited Lead auditor in specific audit type, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in large, multinational, matrixed organization.
  • Accredited lead auditor for standards like ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001, IATF 16949 or VDA 6.

 

Competencies    

  • Accredited Lead auditor in specific audit type, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in large, multinational, matrixed organization
  • Accredited lead auditor for standards like ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001, IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3/6.5
  • High overall business understanding
  • Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles 
  • Comprehensive communicator and promotor of process approach, highly capable in influencing leaders in a large, multinational, matrixed organizations
  • Able to communicate and to use different ways of communications across all levels of the organization
