Within Service operations support, Resource pool handles both service special task resource support as well handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers

Responsibilities

• Project Planning - As a special project planner-need to handle PAN India Detailed Special projects Scheduling /Planning using Planning software (Primavera P6 /MS Projects)
• Work in Sales force/ SAP along with Lead Agents/Lead despatcher-to ensure materials/ Tools/ Service orders
• Detailed alignment with internal stake holders and updating/ monitoring schedule with regular intimation on catch up/ Delays
• Resourcing Mapping / Levelling as per requirements PAN India for Special projects
• Cumulative Daily/ Weekly and Monthly reporting to Management and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering
• Work experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years in Project Management
• Having hands on experience with Project management & Techniques. Expertise in working with project Planning tools
• Working knowledge in SAP ERP Tools
• Experience in Wind industry will be added advantage

Competencies

• Competency with Project Planning tools like MS Projects or Primavera P6
• SAP ERP software knowledge is required
• Sales force software knowledge is added advantage
• Proficient in the MS Office 365 and knowledge in Power BI preferably
• Solid verbal and written skills both in communication & presentation
• Should be a good team player
