The Modularized Nacelle is a part of the Vestas Power Solutions and we have sites in both Denmark, Porto, and Chennai. The department is responsible for the design and integrity of the Next Generation Nacelle structure.

 

As Scrum Master, you will be supporting the teams and product owner to translate the product vision into executable tasks, planning and execution of those, and continuously improve of the execution processes with your sense for details and good understanding of team dynamics.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain each project's scope of work and timeline - implement best practices
  • Beside running and owning the scrum rituals you will be part of the agile journey by contributing across the organization in building a solid scrum master team
  • Secure quality deliverables at the end of each sprint - and ensure to build an environment where team members feels the ownership of the product and enjoy working on it
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, and plan changes as per business guidance
  • Be the point of contact for relevant stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of total experience with minimum of 5 years of work experience within other large organizations
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified project manager
  • Experience with JIRA tool

  • A skilled networker who is able to build, develop and maintain relationships with others 
  • Solid interpersonal skills to secure the development team is delivering at its best
