The Data Engineering & Development team, a vital part of Digital Solutions, is committed to delivering accurate, available, and comprehensive data products to enable actionable insights. This newly established department is an integral component of Vestas' innovative Digital Powerhouse. Our mission is to empower customers, partners, and colleagues to seamlessly discover, access, and connect essential information for informed decisions and impactful actions

Responsibilities

• First-level technical support on Vestas' BI reporting platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere)

• Distributing requests and incidents for second-level support or other teams in Digital Solutions 

• Contribute to administration-related tasks on the platform, such as license provisioning/removal, gateway creation, workspace creation, premium capacity management, testing new features, etc

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal support documentation and policies targeted to end-users 

• Collaborate with Platform Owners and other DS teams on improving existing processes

Qualifications

• Master's / Bachelor's in any engineering specialization

• We envision that you possess experience within front-end reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere or similar

• Experience in providing support for front-end BI reporting tools

• Experience using ServiceNow or other ticket-based IT support software 

• High problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to front-end BI reporting tools 

• Understanding of data modeling concepts
