Customer Project Execution, NCE > Customer Project Execution - Offshore APAC > People Resource Management

 

The People Resource Management is responsible for daily resource coordination, cost control, training coordination, and resource planning for both internal and external resources for the Global offshore I&C department

 

Responsibilities

  • Crew analysts for all 3 phases to manage Resource Plan/rotation for both internal & external resources.
  • Closely work with controllers for invoices and payments.
  • Receiving and overseeing manpower requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project needs.
  • Monitoring workforce gaps, analyzing trends, and implementing mitigation strategies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed resource plan across the project, covering both internal and external workforce needs for seamless execution.
  • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring timely reporting of both internal and external manpower, including tracking workforce movements across multiple sites.
  • Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to address workforce planning, challenges, and operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinating with external agencies for efficient mobilization of manpower as per Vestas' labor hire agreements.
  • Addressing workforce-related requests from site teams and resolving operational concerns proactively.
  • Providing accurate payroll and allowance inputs to the P&C team for timely processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with manpower vendor agreements through detailed contract review and monitoring.
  • Working efficiently with internal and external cross-functional teams to enhance workforce planning and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive manpower database, including training records, medical clearances, and leave details, 
    - ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Verifying and signing external resources' timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with contractual agreements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master's degree.
  • Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in recruiting and resource management.
