Repair & Lifecycle Operations (RLO) is responsible for managing the reverse supply chain process for defective components and materials. The team oversees the DEF returns and Repair Buying of defective (DEF) items, Production engineering for factories, tool designs and Master data governance ensuring DEF returned to designated repair factories or OEM vendors for repair and refurbishment activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support business operations (e.g., forecasting, demand vs. supply analysis, Factory SQDIP reporting, Master Data and departmental dashboards) and enable automation
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Provide comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence support for Repair & Lifecycle Operations (RLO) functions
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Solutions, SAP consultants, third-party consultants, and business super users, to gather business requirements, analyze use cases, and successfully deliver data and reporting projects
- Ensure business continuity by maintaining, enhancing, and documenting reporting solutions, while supporting the ongoing evolution of the data landscape and data domain in collaboration with the Digital Solutions (DS) team
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and data management processes to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology - Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile with 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations within a global environment, with strong expertise in Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Warehouse Management, and Buying Operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros/VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data analysis techniques
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
- Working knowledge of SAP, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and ABAP tables
- Experience with Power BI and business intelligence reporting tools for dashboard development and performance tracking
Competencies

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams, including business, IT, Digital Solutions, and external consultants
