Engineering & Business Service Center > QHSE Services > Management Systems
Managment Systems is a part of QHSE Servicess in Engineering Business Service Center(EBSC), Chennai. This department is responsible for handling QMS in manufacturing & Trasnport, Quality improvement projects and MBP validation & Verification. The department consist of skilled industry experts within field of manufacturing, process trouble shooting, optimization, cost reduction & solutioning through specialists located in Chennai, India
Responsibilities
- Deploy assigned initiatives under BPM according to strategic priorities set by the QMS organization
- Engage with the Business Process Specialists Community in the community to:
- Develop and maintain cross functional collaboration to ensure E2E view of the processes
- Learn and adopt best practices in process management
- Ensure compliance of the VPP tools to regulatory standards and requirements
- Champion the BPM best practices and methodologies
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset as support is being given to VPP users or stakeholders
- Deploy trainings regularly to the BPS community and relevant ARIS users
- Assist in monitoring the execution of BPM guidelines, tracking optimization opportunities aligned with BPM initiatives
- Assist in the deployment of VPP training for the BPS community
- Collaborate with BPS, Digital solutions, Digital Transformation team for systems and tools management
- Process Support and ARIS troubleshooting
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives relating to process optimization
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of knowledge repositories, FAQs, and training materials related to business processes
- Distribute information to appropriate people within the line;
- Communicate and escalate appropriately to line organization, if necessary
Qualifications
- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 knowledge, Six Sigma, ARIS Process Modelling
Competencies
- Strong knowledge on VPP Governance & Conventions
- Understanding of the ARIS functionalities to support process mapping and publishing in ARIS
- Understanding of the structure and the purpose of the management system
- Basic knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, respectively 45001
