Resource pool India is part of Service Operation Support- Within Service Operations, handles -both Service Special Project task as well Resource support & handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

• As a Special Project Assistant - Play Key Role in Project Initiation, execution, controlling and closing project
• Acting as a Bridge Between Site team, Internal/ External Stake Holders and Management
• Prepare Project Budgeting in alignment with Project Manager/ Coordinator
• Monthly Cost Monitoring/ allocation - Budgeted vs actuals and try optimization wherever possible
• Ensuring Timely Material and Tools availability as per project requirement
• Initiation of Purchase Requestion ensure PO process for project requirements
• Monthly Invoicing / GRN in system as per actuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering any discipline
• 4 to 8 years of working experience in handling projects

Competencies

• Good communication and presentation skills and ability to solve problems
• SAP ERP software knowledge is required
• Sales force software knowledge is added advantage
• Proficient in the MS Office 365 and knowledge in Power BI preferably
• Project management certification like Prince 2 / PMP will be a added advantage
• Should be a good choice
