VTCC consists of multidisciplinary teams where 1000+ employees collaborate for solution designs throughout the product lifecycle and across the value chain, including: design, risk management, root cause analysis, and service solutions. To put it short: Vestas Power Solutions develops the wind power systems of the future.
Responsibilities
- As a site admin in Chennai you will work closely with the MD and the rest of the Chennai leadership team
- Will have more roles than a versatile actor and the ability to find humor and insight in complex situations is valuable
- Your main job is to make the impossible look easy and answer questions before they are asked
- You will be expected to do everything, to know everything and oversee multiple projects concurrently
- You will be working on events coordination, arranging external visits
- Leadership meetings and work with staff club leads
- Work and collaborate between support functions being a problem solver
- Scheduling meetings, leading the meetings and following up on the actions
- Be the master in preparing the presentation and create excel templates for the site and APAC team
- Collect information and preparing the communication material across site
- Coordinate all local and global events
Qualifications
- Master's / Bachelors in any specialization
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Project assistance / Project administration / Project coordination d
- Calendar Tetris Master Have the ability to bend time and space to fit meetings into impeccable schedules
- Professional Mind-Reader Anticipate the needs of the leadership team and colleagues before we realize we have them
- Miracle Worker Solve problems you didn't create, with resources you don't have, in the time you weren't given
- Human Search Engine Answer questions faster and more accurate.
- Knowledge about public affairs/state of affairs/sports/in and around hot topics and renewable industry news
- Experience from a similar job could be useful and a PhD in Time Management and Multitasking is important
- Be an MS office pro (power point & Excel must) and an IT architect connecting devices to meetings and run townhalls
