Performance management department is one of the key function within the Global Planning/ SIOP team. The  department drives operational excellence, strategic alignment, and data-backed decision-making across supply chain planning functions in line with Service priority. The Strategic Bridge: This department acts as the critical bridge linking Supply Chain Material Planning with Service Operations Planning, ensuring parts availability directly aligns with field execution and service demands.

Responsibilities

• Material Availability: Driving end to end improvement initiatives to improve material availability above 85%. with a specific focus/ engagement on proactive maintenance plan with service 
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Establish and maintain dedicated business group reporting segments, including Aftermarket, Construction, Service, and Offshore.
• Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE): Lead the short-term S&OE process for transactional sales and provide critical execution data inputs for long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Governance & Alignment: Establish a close communication cadence for project and strategic updates across Service and the Service Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in performance management, people leadership experience, operations, or supply chain logistics, preferably within manufacturing industry
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or formal S&OP/S&OE training is desirable

Competencies

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear, actionable dashboards for diverse business units.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills to align Service, Supply Chain, SBUs and other group functions.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A forward-looking mindset focused on continuous improvement and root-cause analysis rather than reactive troubleshooting.
• Strategic Governance: Excellence in structuring meeting cadences, tracking milestones, and driving accountability.
