Region APC > Service APAC > Resource Pool India Team 5

 

Resource pool India is part of Service Operation Support- Within Service Operations Support handles -both Service Special Project task as well Resource support & handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • As a People Resource Planner-the position needs to work along with Resource Manager on Internal Field Resources Planning, detailed Scheduling on people resources availability, bookings, movements using Planning software (Primavera P6/ MS Project), based on the input from Master scheduler &Construction "On meeting the demand from commissioning resources and Service Resources support both domestic and Asia" in align with Resource Manager
  • Participating the weekly calls along with resource manager & understand the requested skill demand -and share the updated Skill status to Resource manager on internal resources - to align to upskill the resources to meet the demand on time
  • Participating the weekly meeting with training academy on the training requirements in line with demand and work along for arranging the training needs for People Resources in align with Resource Manager
  • Periodical review along with Resource manager on CAPLA status (Demand from Service, construction, special projects)-review the resources deployment and do the Resource Mapping / Levelling
  • Cumulative Daily/ Weekly and Monthly reporting to Management and stakeholders on resource overview against demand, and skill status and current allocations including quarterly reporting on capacity planning
  • Monitoring on time resource time registrations in system and periodical reporting to resource manager

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering
  • Having minimum experience of 3 to 8 years on Planning on People resources through system
  • Being proficient-on knowledge with MS office and good in advanced excel
  • Having hands on experience with Project management & Techniques. Expertise in working with project Planning tools
  • Working knowledge in SAP ERP Tool preferably
  • Experience in Wind industry will be added advantage

 

Competencies

  • Competency with Project Planning tools like MS Projects or Primavera P6
  • SAP ERP software knowledge is required
  • Sales force software knowledge is added advantage
  • Proficient in the MS Office 365 and knowledge in Power BI preferably
  • Solid verbal and written skills both in communication & presentation
  • Should be a good choice
  • Experience in high stress situations to work in complex project environment
