Global People Services ASP/CHI , Service Desk & MD , Service Desk India

Regional Service Desk ASP & CHI provides high-quality HR Services to Managers and Employees directly. With HR business model, this team handles HR requests in India and other countries in ASP region including 13 countries with high HR professional and communication skills.


You will be part of the delivery team situated in Chennai in India to support the Regional and global Vestas organization. 
Be responsible for master data tasks for the countries in ASP. Accurately process master data on a ticket or SuccessFactor workflow basis while maintaining regulatory compliance and processing within Vestas policies; generate manual checks as required. Main job responsibilities include,

  • Implement master data creation, changes, and deletions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with business and have a deep understanding of change requests
  • Act as a gatekeeper - identify errors, verify and provide control of master data
  • Prepare and publish summary reports for main fields of master data and control data accuracy
  • Collaborate with other functions in the HR team (i.e. payroll, service desk, etc.) for complexity tickets
  • Identifying anomalies for master data and coordinate with HRIT/IT for solutions. 
  • Adopting guiding principles and goals .
  • Ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the HR database.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned to support department and the corporate objective



  • We expect you to be experienced within the HR Master Data area with experience within both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. 
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputed university, major in Human Resources, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other related areas
  • 2-3 years experience with the operation of HR Master Data systems, whereof both SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM is part of this experience
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Global reach to stakeholders is key for achievement in this position. You must have experience with stakeholder management, Master Data forums, or similar on a global scale
  • Professional interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language - both written and spoken
  • High energy level with solid customer service mindset & a can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee issues
  • Open-minded, integrity, self-motivated, and a good team-oriented person 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Can work with limited to no supervision and work with multiple tasks with high efficiency
