Service GCC - Turbine Performance Reporting Center (TPRC) is responsible for leading a team of analysts delivering turbine performance data, reporting, and insights to regions and global teams. Beyond delivery, this role will shape the evolution of performance reporting into a value‑driven capability, by developing data‑driven insights, improving processes and systems, and strengthening the GCC's contribution to Service performance, decision‑making, and customer value. The role combines people leadership, operational ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic insight generation, efficiency through automation, while ensuring strong data reliability, efficiency, and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, establishing robust performance management practices, targeted development plans, and a strong succession pipeline.
- Foster a team culture centered on ownership, accountability, high engagement, and continuous improvement while actively managing motivation and delivery discipline.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of turbine performance reports and dashboards through strategic workload prioritization and capacity management.
- Evolve standard reporting from descriptive data into forward-looking, actionable insights that influence operational, tactical, and strategic business decisions.
- Drive process optimization and automation across end-to-end performance insight workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, manual effort, and cycle-time bottlenecks.
- Standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks to build a single source of truth for regional and global operations teams.
- Act as the primary interface between the GCC, regional service operations, customer relationship, and digital solutions teams to align priorities and expectations.
- Influence stakeholder decisions using data-driven reasoning, structured problem-solving methods, and scaled operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in engineering, finance, operations management or master's in business administration.
- Six sigma certification or certified in business data analytics
- 10-12 years of experience in Performance analytics / business operations, Engineering, Service, or asset management operations
- Experience in GCC or global delivery environments preferred
- Exposure to turbine performance or asset analytics is an advantage
- Strong experience with global stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience with direct reporting line responsibility.
