This role is a part of Engineering & Business Service Center (EBSC), Chennai catering as a Management Assistant to the Head of EBSC.


Responsibilities

  • Organizing a high level of communication with internal and external contacts including, staff and management within department

  • Screening incoming correspondence and responding with limited to no supervision when appropriate

  • Assisting with office tasks including filing, creation of memos and letters, generating reports and creating presentations, setting up all meeting rooms for presentations. This also includes setting up and supporting the travelers coming down to EBSC 

  • Answering phones, scheduling and setting up conference calls, meetings, copying, printing, compiling documents, and distributing agendas and itineraries

  • Project follow ups, reporting, coordination & effective communication - following with leaders and having effective communication and making sure to follow through and support all 4 functional heads on their day to day administrative activities 

  • Engage with EBSC Leaders and support to direct the Development clubs along within EBSC - - working with admin, finance and the circle of joy team

  • Responsible to direct Weekly / daily leadership review meetings

 

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Preferably an engineer)

  • Minimum 5-10 years in relevant functions 

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Structured approach with a strategic way of presenting and working on business requirement
