In Vestas-SDC we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low Inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• PR to PO conversion (STO orders)   
• Validate MRP master data
• Demand Validation (Service order Validation) 
• Follow-up overdue PO lines 
• Facilitate for warehouse operations
• Handle all Material Master related quries 
• Facilitate stake holders in Material Master data enrichment 
• Act as a bridge between internal customers and stake holders
• Come out with RCCM on missed deliveries
• Participation in continuous Improvement activities
• Exception handling in SAP (Ex10, 15 & 20) 
• Transparency in communication 
• Track delivery status for each order lines
• Knowledge in APO stock allocation and calendar set-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree within business, engineering or similar
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel/Power point
• Experience in SQL and Excel Macros
• Experience with ERP-(SAP) system
• Less than 5 years' Experience

Competencies

• Must worked with Material Master MRP data 
• Advance level in Excel data handling 
• Good at Analytics 
• Intermediate level in Macro & Presentation preparation
• Excellent communication
• Flexible working time
• Effective collaborator
