At Vestas, SSCBP - Service SIOP (Sales, Inventory Operations Planning) we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever developing task in a professional environment. Planning has the responsibility to define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, forecast and planning for all materials for the service business, inventory management maintaining optimal inventory level across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.

 

Responsibilities

  • Release Purchase orders on time as per the defined process with reference to the release procedure in SAP ERP.
  • Individually handle the assigned MRP areas globally and facilitate the customers getting the parts on time.
  • Validate the demand from the stake holders.
  • Check rounding values and MOQ and identify the odd ones.
  • Facilitate stake holders in Material Master data enrichment.
  • Own and update the MRP master data In SAP.
  • Communication with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Come out with RCCM on missed deliveries.
  • Participation in continuous Improvement activities.
  • Exception handling in SAP to match the demand Vs supply network.
  • Update the stake holder on part number changes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree within business, engineering or similar
  • 7-8 years experience in Supply Chain activities
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Excel/Power Point.
  • Knowledge in SQL and Excel Macros
  • Experience with ERP-(SAP) system

 

Competencies

  • Good communication skills in English both written and oral.
  • Good analytical skill and knowledge on inventory management basics.
  • Flexible regarding work hours due to sites in Europe and US.
  • Structured and organized.
  • Outgoing and polite towards our stakeholders.
