Global HSE Systems & Risk is Vestas' global center of expertise for HSE governance, critical risk management, management systems, compliance, organizational learning, analytics and digital enablement. We partner with leaders across the business to reinforce critical risk controls, support continuous improvement, ensure regulatory and management system compliance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve HSE performance globally
Responsibilities
- Support the continual improvement of Vestas' HSE Management System by supporting organizational learning, knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives across the business
- You will analyze incidents, investigations, assurance findings and performance trends to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities, develop learning products and communications, support global learning campaigns, and contribute to HSEMS improvement projects and change initiatives
- Working across regions and functions, you will help transform insights and lessons learned into practical actions that improve risk management, improve system effectiveness and enhance HSE performance globally
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Human Factors, Organizational Psychology, Risk Management, Engineering, Business Improvement or a related discipline
- Min 5 years of Experience in organizational learning, incident investigation, continuous improvement, HSE management systems, risk management or operational excellence
- Understanding of incident investigation methodologies, root cause analysis, organisational learning principles and continuous improvement processes
- Experience developing communications, learning materials, awareness campaigns or change initiatives
- Knowledge of ISO management systems, assurance frameworks and HSE governance processes
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, manufacturing, utilities, mining, oil & gas or other high-risk industries

- Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to identify trends, themes, systemic issues and improvement opportunities from diverse information sources
- Solid written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into engaging and practical learning products
- Ability to facilitate learning discussions and engage stakeholders across cultures, functions and organizational levels
- Solid continuous improvement mindset with experience leading change and supporting adoption
- Ability to develop compelling improvement recommendations and contribute to business cases for HSEMS and risk management improvements
- Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and execution
- Creative and innovative approach to organizational learning, communications and engagement
- Process development and technical writing
