Business Unit Power Solutions - Innovation, Concept, Capability and Relevant skills - New Product Master - Transport Documentation & SBOM Readiness. Transport Documentation is a department where we produce technical end-user documentation for the value chain of Transport and Illustrated Parts Catalogue. We support our design projects with technical documentation such as Transport, Preservation & Storage, Technical Description and Options. We are a mix of technically and linguistically founded professionals and we are looking for YOU to assist us with the extended project scope.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and Maintain Service BOM (SBOM) with its structure and its specifications
  • Drive and support SBOM related system / process changes
  • Manage and implement SBOM Project requests and SBOM Operation requests within the given lead time and Quality
  • Ensure full alignment with existing guidelines
  • Handle CN requests through Change Management and PTC Windchill
  • Train and mentor consultants and junior team members
  • Ensure alignment, validation and review process for SBOM together with relevant stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of processes, methods, and deliveries with simplicity.
  • Define and maintain Vestas taxonomy and metadata

 

Qualifications

  • BE in Electrical or Mechanical with 5+ years of relevant experience and overall 10+ years of experience 
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Spare Parts, Lowest replaceable unit and Bill of Material and its structure creation.
  • Experience with Windchill and SAP Material master module
  • Knowledge in RDS Standard

  • It will be required that you are a good planner, and also at the same time can initiate, deliver and complete different work assignments in an independently and self-driven manner.
  • Tackling the many different work assignments, you need to have a pro-active behavior.
  • To achieve results, you can work in a team or as an individual, hence requiring significant collaboration, communication & stakeholder management skills. Besides these competencies you also possess a natural ability to focus on quality and detail.
  • Have a high proficiency level in English, both spoken and written language
  • Interviewing and listening skills
  • Work in a structured way and pay attention to details
  • Take ownership of deliverables
  • Some experience with leadership would be advantageous (small task team, project, or similar).
  • Knowledge wind industry products is an added value
