PDM department in the highly competitive Engineering unit secures the changes are inherited into the product with utmost diligence to improve the product consistently. We do this by accelerating and governing the change management process for the complete value chain

PE Nacelles > Support & CI > BoM & Routing >G6

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrated excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical solutions working with engineering teams on converting product design to Manufacturing solutions in heavy industry and factories.
• Demonstrated experience in Production engineering solutions like Tools, jigs, fixture, plant layout design, process design and production documentation like work instructions, FMEA and control plans.
• Demonstrated good project management skills .
• Drive Continuous improvement project with the intent of improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Experience managing change management tools (ERPs, PLMs), ideally in industrial environment. Solid understanding of engineering change management & product life cycle management processes
• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need.
• Good data analytical skills with ability to fetch data and metrics for making decisions through Power BI.
• Excellent verbal communications across various stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Qualification :

• Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/ equivalent)
• 8-12 years of working experience in Production/ Production engineering/ Quality functions in OEM from Heavy industry/ automotive/ energy sectors.
• Six sigma yellow or green belt and PMP is preferred.
