You will be part of a passionate team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in the APAC Region. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders across Manufacturing, Chennai factory, and your daily playfield will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with factory business and global stakeholders supporting other functions in Vestas.
Our key tasks as a P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with people leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted partner to the business by listening, proposing and guiding the business to strengthen its People & Culture processes and initiatives.
- Effective and efficient management of People & Culture processes supporting business needs.
- Reviewing organisational needs and providing best P&C solutions based on corporate guidelines and functional and business unit tactical plans
- Workforce planning, business unit organisation, and people review support.
- Work closely with CoE to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding, employee services, employee development, etc.,
- Handle blue collar recruitment, skill development, grievance redressals, disciplinary procedures, employee committees, development clubs, etc.
- Collecting, analysing and understanding employees' requests and needs
- Ensure labor and related compliance for assigned Business units
- Supporting other global functions for Vestas India
- Work with Business partners across Value Chains,
Qualifications
Full-time MBA/ MSW/ MHRM or equivalent with minimum 5-10 years' experience; Factory HR experience is necessary.
