Quality > CIM & SI > CIM Engineering & Excellence

You will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, leading multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.

The Engineer is responsible for driving the technical areas of CIM projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface and monitor CIM Case Candidate requests from SBUs
• Maintain database of CIM Case Candidate requests and generate Management reports
• Perform basic quality check on data in CIM cases
• Setup DMS, WBS and authorizations for each CIM case
• Allocate Technical Lead to CIM Cases
• Administer Preparation Gate Meetings and action outcomes
• Measure and report out on Preparation KPIs
• Administer RCA Gate Meetings and action outcomes
• Measure and report out on RCA KPIs
• Identify and drive process and other improvements
• Support Project and Program Managers in planning and tracking

Qualifications

• Engineering and/or business degree with 8+ years of industry experience
• Experience in Warranty Management will be an advantage
• Experience in Wind Industry especially with Vestas WTGs will be preferred
• Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be an advantage.
• Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations - across BUs, functions and cultures
• Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration - you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)
• Exposure to multi-culture and international organization is preferred
