Vestas Technology & Operations (VTO) is where new product solutions and Service are envisioned, developed, improved, and verified before we in Product Lines take technical accountability of deploying them in customer projects. Within VTO and Product Lines, you will find our Global Power Plant Solutions team. A team that enables our front-line technical sales colleagues with Technical- and Functional Excellence within Cybersecurity, SCADA and Grid connection

Responsibilities

• Enable regions to close technical deals on cybersecurity offerings by collaborating closely with teams across Vestas' business units, Cyber community in the organization to ensure cybersecurity commitments are realistic and deployable
• Conduct gap analysis between contractual cybersecurity commitments and actual capabilities delivered
• Collect and analyze requirements from customers, regulations and industry standards and best practices and subsequently translate into structured requirements to be fulfilled through products, services and processes
• Engage in mitigation plans, timelines, and implementation feasibility with product and engineering teams
• Enable regions to deploy cybersecurity solutions throughout project lifecycle with global solutions and processes as for instance analyses, customer acceptance tests etc
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of key CS standards & frameworks including ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27000 Series, C2M2 Framework, NIST CSF, AESCSF, NERC-CIP, EU NIS2 Directive, EU Cyber Resilience Act and Country-specific Critical Infrastructure cybersecurity legislation relevant to OT and industrial control systems (ICS)
• Support cross-functional Cybersecurity Communities globally aiming at continuously improving processes, methodologies and knowledge levels through engagement and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's / PhD in IT Systems / IoT Systems / Cybersecurity / Computer Science / Network Security / Data scientist / Similar specialization
• Will learn and grow in a changing work environment where few days are the same and where our customer-mindset drives us towards excellence
• Internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications from ISA/IEC, SANS (IEC 62443 series, GICSP)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and guidelines (IEC62443 series, NIST, ISO 27001) 
• 10 years' experience in SCADA and OT systems deploying cybersecurity solutions
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
• experience working in global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations
• Familiarity with the energy- or renewables industry and operational environments

Competencies

• Experience in implementing and deploying technical- and organizational cybersecurity projects
• Experience in technical contract reviews, risk management and customer negotiations
• Stakeholder management across border, technical disciplines and organizational levels
