Global Site Parts Operations is responsible for handling the distribution chain of site parts in close collaboration with our regions and strategic transport partners. We are responsible for Global Site Parts Operating Model enabling the most optimal execution and timely delivery to our construction of wind parks, with a focus on quality & safety.


Responsibilities 

1) SiteParts Operating Model Development & Implementation 2) Operations Planning 3) Supplier & Partnership management


• Develop and implement end-to-end Site Parts Operations processes (forecasting, demand & transport capacity planning, master scheduling, P2P processes)
• Facilitate global demand management and planning processes of site parts, adjusting plans based on customer needs, supply chain and market disruptions
• Develop and responsible for site parts global overview across all execution covering safety, quality, delivery, cost, including driving relevant improvement/optimization activities
• Run global risk management process for Site Parts and apply mitigations in alignment with key stakeholders from regions and strategic partners, linked into S&OP and S&OE existing frameworks
• Responsible for consolidated global input to enable the GP Transport and other requirements to operate
• Participating in stipulating and deploying strategic initiatives supporting the overall site parts & transport strategy


Qualifications 

Must have an educational background within relevant areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain Development, Operations Planning)

  • Solid experience and proven results in working with complex supply chains in a global environment and or large logistics service providers
  • Experience within partnership management and good stakeholder management skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in process, tools, and systems development & implementation in large international organizations


Competencies    

  • Solid Analytical skills
  • Should have a Proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and navigate in acomplex environment
  • Established communication skills at all levels in the organizations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make confident decisions
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment
  • Solid experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills (Analysis, VBA etc.)
