Quality Assurance & Execution - QHSE, EBSC

Responsibilities

• Validation Activities during NPI phase

• Developing & maintain Product validation reports

• Drive corrective actions and preventive actions for the issues found during the proto builds

• Identification of quality problems and proactive mitigation of key risks including appropriate communication to local key stakeholders and management team

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with minimum of 3~6 years of experience in manufacturing industry ((Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, Rubber & Plastics, Industrial / Production Engineering)

• Quality certification like ASQ CQE is added advantage

• Good knowledge in product life cycle management

• Proficient in core tools

• Hands on experience in Problem solving techniques

Competencies

• Good knowledge about composites,

• Detailed knowledge about Blade manufacturing process / Nacelle Assy manufacturing process

• Root cause analysis, Problem solving approach (8D, 5 Why, DMAIC)
