OneTool Unit > Tools Strategy Office > Tools Operational Readiness

 

The Bill of Tools & Task list team has been formed within Tools Operational Readiness team with 2 focus areas.
1. Fixing legacy issues in Task list and populate all needed Tools into each of the Task list

2. Establishing a solid framework (process, governance etc.) for future product introductions to ensure task lists are enriched with all needed tools to meet the service needs around the globe.


Responsibilities 

  • Align and establish process governance to enrich and update Tools in Service Task list with Global and regional stakeholders
  • Crunch various tools data and present it in a way that could enable decision making
  • Identify and fix the gap in Tools BoM needed for individual tasks list
  • Technical signoff on the Task list enrichment with Tools information with Global and Regional stakeholders
  • Ensure Itemization and Master data enrichment for missing Tools items
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and resolve conflict in the project and escalate the issues at the right time


Qualifications 

  • To succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience:
  • Bachelors in mechanical engineering or a related fieldSolid previous experience from similar industries within Service business is beneficial
  • Great interpersonal skills when working in a multi-cultural environment


Competencies    

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and preferably with SAP and Windchill experience
  • Skilled in Data analytics tools like Power BI will be preferable
  • Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce 
  • Good understanding of Service business operations (Onshore and Offshore) and maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled Service)
  • Structured and detailed working approach
  • Self-organization and good time management,
