At Vestas Global Capability Center, we are constantly working to deliver on time to our support to Service business in terms of Contract management administration, Turbine performance reporting, technical planning for scheduled and unscheduled maintenances, non-conformance management and Continuous improvements, Vendor Management support etc, with an intent to optimize cost, LPF, commercial excellence. It is an ever-developing task in a progressive environment.
The Shared Service Center is an integral part of Global Service Delivery organization providing consistent operational support to Regional Service in terms of Contract administration and management, Service operations - technical planning and Backend approvals, Turbine performance reporting and Non-conformance management with an intent to optimize cost, LPF, commercial excellence.
This role will be part of NCR and Data management team - Vendor Management process which provides constant support to AME regional stakeholders, focusing on onboarding technicians and validating external service providers timesheets to arrest incorrect payments.

 

Responsibilities

  • External vendor technical onboarding to enable,
    • Faster Workforce Onboarding 
    • Seamless Access provision
    • Continuous Operational Support
  • Service entry sheet (SES) validation
  • Support in reduction of incorrect payment request
  • Feedback on recurrence errors to external service providers
  • PR creation based on the approved timesheets
  • GRN/ invoice management until payment settlement

 

Qualifications

  • An Engineering/ Technical graduate with min 5 years of experience in Vendor management, Invoice management processes
  • Shift operations supporting Americas (Night shift - 14:00 - 23:00)

  • Automation mindset and tools exposure
