One Tools department is operating Tool Warehouses in different countries in globally and Tools Region APC IN is part of one. India Tools warehouse is supplying Installation & Commissioning tools to Project department, Operation & Maintenance tools to Service department. Our aim is to deliver qualified tools to our stakeholder to operate the Construction & Service activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accreditation Process and Compliance
  • Oversee the entire accreditation process for the calibration laboratory. 
  • Demonstrate high-level knowledge in NABL, ISO, and other local regulations for calibration.
  • Involving and managing in the new lab set up as per ISO/IEC-17025:2017
  • High Knowledge in ISO Standards such as - ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC-17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17043, ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, ISO 9001:2000
  • Manage documentation related to accreditation.
  • Well versatile in facing of NABL, ISO and Other Internal & Safety Audits.
  • Quality Management System (QMS):
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS for the lab.
  • Prepare and update the Quality Manual.
  • Conduct internal audits and management reviews.
  • Improving the lab scope and claim better CMC.
  • Preparing and validating the SOP/WI, Preparing uncertainty calculation and uncertainty budget
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Possess hands-on experience in the calibration of Manual Torque Wrench and Hydraulic Torque Wrench.
  • Ensure proper calibration procedures are followed.
  • Review and generate calibration reports as per NABL & Vestas Norms.
  • Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:
  • Personally perform tools calibrations.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Client Interaction and Communication:
  • Interact with clients regarding calibration requirements.
  • Address client queries and concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance.
  • Accurate Record Keeping & Daily Activity:
  • Maintain detailed records of calibration activities.
  • Document deviations and corrective actions.
  • Ensure traceability of measurements.
  • Frequent Progress in daily productivity.
  • Hands on experience in Manual , Hydraulic & Pressure calibrator to perform the daily activity .
  • Create Service Call logs, arrange couriers, and coordinate transport logistics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in proficiency testing programs.
  • Assist the Engineering Department with internal calibration requirements.
  • System Proficiency:
  • Work with SAP or equivalent systems for data management.
  • Possess advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 4+ Years of Relevant Experience

 

Competencies

  • Proven hands-on experience in calibration and equipment maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
