Logistic and Manufacturing Excellence > Global Supply Chain Operations > Forecasting & Planning
 
Global Supply Chain Planning Operations as part of Supply Chain Planning ensures to maintain the required system updates in SAP and communicate with stakeholders globally in relates Vessel Operations & other shipments / route creations. It should have 100% timely deliverables to all stakeholders along with process initiatives.
The department is operating Globally, so an International Experience comes with the job. We are looking for skilled personals who are well structured, well organized and ready to work in an International Environment with many Cultural Differences. You need to be able to handle large amount of data, coordinating with various stake holders

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP updates based on inquiries / requests from our sales business units according to defined processes
  • Maintain Project Builder Data and ensure quality level.
  • Implement Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly check of data according to processes.
  • Snapshot/Upload of IDP.
  • Handling Work flow Issues, providing Resolutions for Park & Blocked Invoices to AP Team
  • Implement Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
  • Service and actively communicate with internal stakeholder from all over the world for tasks being done with in GSCP Ops
  • Contribute to delivering the promised service level to the business.
  • Generate reports to Management. (MIS) & making PPTs
  • Participation in continuous Improvement activities.
  • Communication with internal customers and stakeholders related to process issues.
  • Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders
  • Cross Functional involvement with in Supply Chain Planning to track & promote the status of new projects
  • Handling STO interface failure issues
  • GR & IR reconciliations & Follow up on Park /Blocked Invoices
  • Participation in continuous Improvement activities.
  • Communication with internal customers and stakeholders related to process issues.
  • Sound Knowledge and Hands on Experience on PO creation with buying experience
  • Support Logistics Team stakeholders to improve logistics value chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  • Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholders

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree for instance in Supply Chain Planning / Logistics.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Buyer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP MM / SAP
  • Knowledge on PO creation process and Shipping / Freight Forwarder Process

  • Good Scientific skill and knowledge on SCM roles.
  • Effectively identify problems and implement effective solutions
  • Effective stakeholder Management
  • Solid interpersonal & negotiation skills, ability to communicate and supervise well at all levels of the organization
