Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & carry preventive Maintenance schedule, attending breakdown/major tasks
• Breakdown maintenance, repeated problems and take corrective /preventive actions onthe defects of wind turbine generators
• Improving new modifications & suggestions about it with Technology team
• Maintain tools, instruments & communication equipment, to ensure that only calibrated
• Instruments are used & errors are considered while carrying out maintenance
• Maintain all Maintenance Activity, Breakdown & Material online with SAP
• Planning/arranging of manpower, distribution of work per job
• Inspection of all process line & jobs
• To check all calibration tools for daily use
• Ready to work in adverse conditions, On call should be ready to move on field

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Blade Repair / Blade Inspection of WTGs
• Experience working in 2MW and above Turbines is desired
• Persons having valid rope access and experience will be an added advantage
• Willingness to Relocate & Work Anywhere in India

Competencies

• Basic knowledge in safety and heavy lifting equipment, preferably with institutional training in heavy lifting practices and working at heights
• Basic computing skills and ability to work on online reporting systems
• Effective Communication skills
• Effective reporting skills
• Proficiency in coordinating skills
