Resource pool India is part of Service Operation Support- Within Service Operations, handles -both Service Special Project task as well Resource support & handling Commissioning technicians to support across Asia projects in line with service operations guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Transformers Maintenance and Troubleshooting up to 50Mva
- All types of Current Transformers, Potential Transformers, Circuit Breakers (SF6 & VCB), Isolators,
- lightening arrestors
- Troubleshooting the faults within a limited period.
- Replacement of major components like Transformers / breakers / Relay panels etc.
- Monthly JMR Preparations(B form ), KPTCL Department Liaising,
- Ensure to Complete the defined Balance of Plant Scheduled, Unscheduled Maintenance and Major activities at designated Customer Service sites
- Work collaborate and deliver contractual obligations
- Ensure HSE & All statutory Compliances followed in Every task including for Subcontractors
- To be Performed the 230KV & 33KV schedule maintenance and breakdown maintenance as assigned
- Ensure Substation and related equipment are maintained with tidy and technically acceptable conditions and ensure it complies with standard engineering practices and Work Procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in EEE
- Previous experience in WTG - O&M services - 5 to 8 years - EHV /Pooling substation / Feeder Lines is desired
- Valid “C “License from CEIG, karnataka
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English /Kannada
- Good attention to detail and execution
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder relation skills ( like KPTCL)
- Four-wheeler driving license is add on advantage
Competencies:
- Good knowledge for Safe work Practices in USS / Substation /External lines / Breakers
- Good knowledge in Operation and Maintenance up to 220KV substation
- Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT /LT Transformers, ACB, VCB, HT/LT panels, switchgears
- Schedule and Breakdown maintenance of Unti substation in the turbine ( USS yard )
- Good knowledge in relay panels / breaker testing
- Good knowledge in spares replacement in breakers (VCB/ACB ) like interrupter / pole assembly
- Knowledge in usage of CRM kit for breaker testing
- Good relationship with KPTCL / stack holders for smooth functioning
- 230kv Substation & 33kv transmission line Knowledge of maintenance
- Troubleshooting of the Electricals components
- Knowledge of BOP spare parts and Items that are most likely to cause failure
- parts frequently requiring replacement and Manpower handling
- Knowledge in MS tools &SAP/FSL (soft skills)
- To have thorough knowledge on EHV related HSE practices
